Indian Arm Real Estate

2012 was a fairly quiet year up Indian Arm with only one sale sold by yours truly. I had hundreds of calls and many showings and I feel that 2013 will be a much better year up The Arm. I still stand by my belief that this is truly the most undiscovered part of The Lower Mainland. I enjoy listing and selling properties in this region and consider myself lucky to have this as another market to work in. My boat is ready to get out there... now I just need it to warm up a bit!
